Maple Cheddar

7 oz. Both sweet and savory simultaneously, our Maple Cheddar starts as cheddar made with raw whole milk from our cows and then aged to perfection. The curd is milled using our imported peg mill which produces a unique, more open texture, then mixed with local Vermont pure maple cream. With a subtle taste of maple it's not overly sweet, and is very unique.
