Our pasta is made with Organic Whole Wheat from Grapewood Farm in Va, combined with domestic Semolina, Egg Whites, Spring Water, and just a little Egg Yolks. Our water cooled, bronze die extruder and slow drying process, in addition to the ingredients, make the pasta not only taste better but also easier to digest.
