Shishito Peppers

Mild, grassy, and a little smoky — shishitos are the perfect snacking pepper. Most are sweet and gentle, but every so often you'll bite into a spicy one, which is half the fun. Grown for us by our partner farm down on Virginia's Northern Neck and picked at peak freshness.
Quick prep: Blister them in a hot pan with a splash of oil until charred and softened, 3–4 minutes. Finish with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of sea salt. Serve hot — they go fast.
