Our Pickled Asparagus is made from locally sourced asparagus, brined with garlic and dill grown right on our farm in Woodbine, MD. Tangy, garlicky, and crisp — packed whole in the jar the way they were meant to be. Produced in small batches by Coddiwomple Canning Co. in Gap, PA.
Eat them straight from the jar. Add to a charcuterie board. Drop one in a Bloody Mary. However you enjoy them, they won't last.
