Lobster of the Woods Bisque
A gourmet soup experience in a jar. Our Lobster of the Woods Bisque features foraged lobster mushrooms — prized for their striking coral color and remarkably seafood-like flavor — blended into a rich, creamy bisque mix. Just add water, butter, milk, and sour cream for a luxurious bowl of soup that tastes like it came from a fine restaurant kitchen.
No actual lobster, all the indulgence. Perfect for mushroom lovers and adventurous eaters alike.
Net Wt. 5.8 oz | Makes approximately 2 cups
To prepare: In a small sauce pan, bring 1.5 cups of water to a gentle simmer. Discard silica gel packet and unwrap vegetable bouillon cube. Pour entire jar contents and bouillon into simmering water. Add 1 tbsp butter. Stir and cook for 10–12 minutes or until mushrooms are rehydrated. Very slowly add 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup sour cream while stirring. Serve and enjoy.
