Garlic

We harvest in July and cure the rest of our crop over the summer, so you'll enjoy Norman's garlic all season long. Good to know: Because it hasn't been cured for storage, fresh garlic is best kept in the fridge and used within a few weeks — though its flavor is well worth it.
